As a photographer at Bramblett Group, you will be instrumental in defining and expressing the visual identity of our clients’ brands. Your expertise in composition, lighting and storytelling will help create compelling visual content that aligns with our clients’ marketing objectives and enhances their brand presence. You will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize, execute and edit high-quality images across a diverse range of products, experiences, people and events for use in various communication channels, including marketing materials, websites, advertising, public relations and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Photography Process Management: Oversee all stages of the photography process from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to brainstorm and develop photo shoot ideas that meet clients’ marketing goals.
  • Pre-Production Planning: Conduct location scouting, research and equipment setup to ensure seamless photo shoots.
  • Directing Shoots: Guide subjects and team members during shoots to achieve desired visual aesthetics, using clear and welcoming communication.
  • Advanced Techniques: Utilize advanced photography techniques and equipment to capture high-quality images that convey clients’ brand messages.
  • Post-Production Editing: Edit photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to enhance visual appeal and ensure brand consistency.
  • Efficiency: Develop and edit photos efficiently to meet tight client deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve BG’s photography quality.
  • Technology Updates: Keep up with new photo technology releases and maintain updated firmware on all relevant equipment.
  • Resource Management: Manage schedules and resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Asset Management: Maintain organized digital asset systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Communication: Collaborate effectively with the art and client services teams to understand client visions, provide updates and address feedback.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in photography, visual arts or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven professional photography experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital photography and Adobe Suite post-processing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Equipment Knowledge: Experience with Canon equipment (preferred) and proficiency in studio and on-location lighting techniques.
  • Creative Vision: Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling images.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong project management abilities to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to evolving project requirements and client preferences, with the ability to adjust work schedules for weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Ethical Standards: Knowledge of ethical standards in photography.
  • Agency Experience: Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency (preferred).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to travel alone or with teammates, primarily by car, and handle equipment and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Additional Information

  • Work Hours: This full-time position requires availability for night and weekend work as per client event schedules.
